Nam Jai Glo Refund Policy

 

At Nam Jai Glo, I am committed to supporting your journey toward radiant health and confidence. I believe in the value of my coaching services and want every client to feel empowered and supported. That said, here is my refund policy:

 Refunds for Coaching Packages

 

Because coaching is a service-based and time-intensive process, all sales are final once your program has begun. I do not offer refunds for:

 

Missed sessions

 

Change of mind

 

Lack of participation or results due to non-implementation

 Refunds Before the Program Starts

 

If you cancel at least 48 hours before your first session or program start date, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any transaction or processing fees.

 

To request a cancellation, email me at [your email] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your name, program name, and reason.

 Payment Plans

 

If you’ve selected a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all scheduled payments unless canceled at least 48 hours before the first session. No partial refunds will be issued for early termination.

 Exceptional Circumstances

 

In cases of serious illness or emergency, I may, at my discretion, offer to:

 

Pause your program

 

Apply your balance toward a future program

 

Provide a partial credit for future use
